We strive to deliver your order quickly and reliably. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days to the delivery address stated on your order.

Deliveries are made during regular business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

If there are any unexpected delays, our team will notify you promptly.

Returns Policy

At FireOne Fireworks, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If an item is found to be damaged or defective, you may return it for an exchange. To process the return, please ensure that you:

  • Bring the original invoice/bill.
  • Return the damaged item in its original condition.

All claims must be made within [3-5 days] of purchase. Items returned without the original bill or outside this period will not be accepted.
